Should still be under warranty, and if not, then you need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
Replace the blower motor also.
Short of it is the resistor controls the fan speeds for the blower. Easy to replace and to my knowledge only available through a dealer.
The fuse. The blower motor speed resistor. The blower motor relay. The blower motor switch. Check for power at the blower motor connection.

I would suspect the blower motor speed resistor is bad.
Begin by removing the wiring harness from the back of your blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the blower motor. Reverse the process to install your new blower motor.
Replacing the ac blower motor on a 2002 Bonneville is extremely dangerous and unless you know what you are doing it is best to get a hired professional to do it.

Not always, but 99% of the time this is a sign that the Blower Motor Resistor Pack is defective. Replace it.
I have been working on an issue with my 2002 Dodge Ram. The blower motor and resistor are both located on passenger side under the dash. Easily accessible in cab.

the blower motor resistor is located behind the blower motor which is located behind the glove box there is clip wires you need to disconnect and then connect the new one.
