My best recommendation is to take it to a certified shop, the tension screw base is located beneath many other adjustments dealing with timing. Tampering with other adjustments may leave your saw non-functional.

The longer screw is for the idle speed. On the carburetor you will find little letters cast next to each needle adjusting screw. H is for High, and L is for low. http://store.chainsawr.com/

It is simply held in by plastic tabs on the primer bulb. All you have to do is pry behind it and easily pop it out with a flat screw driver.The tabs break easily but replacment primer bulbs are available.http://store.chainsawr.com/
they screw out and the new ones screw in. The upper ones screw in but the lower ones bolt in.
If you need to replace a damaged window you will need a screw driver screws and a new window pane. First remove the broken one then replace with new pane and screw in.
To replace the auger cable on the MTD snow blower, you have to disconnect it from power. Use a screw driver to open the screw and replace the auger cable in question.
Unscrew and screw in new one.

disconnect the sensor from the wiring harness, removed the screw holding the sensor on, remove/replace and re-secure the screw and reconnect the wires.
