YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE STEERING WHEEL,IT,S NOT HARD TO DO BUT THERE IS

ALOT OF SMALL PARTS IN THERE. FIRST YOU WILL NEED A PULLER TO GET THE

WHEEL OFF. I WOULD GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS,BUT IF YOU

REALLY FEEL THAT YOU CAN DO IT GO SLOW AND DON'T JUST START PULLING

PARTS OUT WITHOUT LOOKING,BEING CAREFUL IS THE HARD PART.

GOOD LUCK

The turn signal lever is the dimmer switch. You either pull it back or push it in. but also the dimmer switch its self is in the steering column u have to take the steering wheel off to replace

To replace the dimmer switch on your Celebrity: 1. Remove the lower cover panel that runs under the dash. 2. Remove the trim panel under the steering column. 3. Remove the nuts/bolts that hold the steering column up. If your car has column shift disconnect the string leading to the shift indicator. 4. Lower the steering column. It is not necessary to remove the steering wheel. 5. The dimmer switch is on the side of the column below the ignition switch. 6. Disconnect the wire harness from the dimmer switch. Take out the screws and the switch will come off of the column. Note how it goes on the operating lever. Reverse the procedure to install the new dimmer switch. Check its operation before raising the steering column back in place.

The headlight dimmer switch is located on the end of the lever. Remove the steering column so the lever can be properly reached.

The dimmer switch is located near the floor on the left side of the steering column. The dimmer switch and ignition switch are secured by the same two screws. The dimmer switch will be the one on top. Loosen and remove the screws, disconnect the wiring harness from the dimmer switch and replace with the new switch, complete the assembly in reverse order.
