take a smaller screwdriver pop the speaker covers off then un bolt and replace your gonna need a good assortment of little 1/4 ratchet stuff to make esier also don't do it when its 90 out i made that mistake.

Or you can just remove the entire dash and then install the speaker... The space for the speaker is less on the right side. Just to make it even funnier!
