You do not, You will have to buy a new strut from Ford with spring for 400.00 each and up .. or you can buy after market struts with spring to eliminate the electronic strut and go to a passive one..about 360.00 for two complete struts..Google it .. Lets bailout more idiots like ford and gm...lol Dethinc
