After you remove the door trim & plastic rain shield.. lower the window regulator until you see the attachments. Lower a wooden stick (broom stick would do) between the attachment and the outer door skin. Now you to punch out the center of the rivet - NOTE: the stick braces the attachment from the impact. After you remove the center pin, drill out the rest of the metal rivets with a 1/4" bit - luckily there only 2 rivets.
The 2 plastic glass attachments should fall down to the bottom of the door. You need to separate them and reattach them on the new glass. Make sure the glass channels are free of broken pieces before you insert the new glass. After you insert the glass line it up with the regulator and re-rivet back on . if rivets are not available you can use nuts and bolts.
