First you need to make sure you have all necessary parts (injectors, o-rings, di-electric grease, etc).
The injectors are all attached to an aluminum bar called a "Fuel Bar". It runs from one side of the manifold around the back and on the other side.
You need to undo the bolts that are attached from the fuel bar to the manifold, and then pry up on the bar evenly and they will either pop off of the fuel bar or pop off the head. Then disconnect the wiring from each one individually, by pushing on the tab, and sliding the wire harness off.
Then remove each one (injector) individually as not to confuse yourself. P
ut a tiny amount of di-electric grease around the o-rings, and then pop it back into the bar. Now go to the next one.
After you have gone through all of them on one side, make sure to evenly place all of them back into the holes and press down firmly and make sure they look even in the holes, you should now be able to put the bolts back into the manifold.
That is pretty much it. I ran through the process pretty quickly, but rest assured it is time consuming to do. take breaks often, and relax.
