to replace the fuel pump on a 93 Honda civic its quite simple really you can do it yourself
first take out your back seat. there is a bolt behind the middle seat between the back rest and the seat. feel around for the bolt and take that out. you should then be able to remove the seat bottom.
there is a plate with 4 small screws covering the fuel pump, take that off.
remove all electrical connections and hoses.
remove the 6 or so nuts that are holding the fuel pump down in place.
simply pull the assembly out (carefully you don't want to rip the gasket) then take it to your bench and test it to make sure it is a fuel pump. then rebuild it with new parts.
got to love Honda for making a car that you don't have to drop the tank to do this.
i recommend picking up a haines manual for that car just so you have the proper guide to look at. hope this helps
