ok first of all this is a very hard part to change. i would not recamend you try this unless you realy know what you are doing. first u need to get the car in the air' then remove the tires and the half shafes "drive lines" then drop the tranny by removing the blots around the bell housing. and any other linkeges. finealy remove the cluch off the fly weel in the bell housing and replace it. then all u need to do is adjust it and put it all back toget her. like i said it is not esay. i just got done doing my 92 geo storm it took about 1 day. the cluch u can get at any parts store for under $200 dollars. it would cost $800 to have it done by a mechanic so it is better to do it your self if u fell u can.
You probobly need to replace the clutch.
Unfortunately, you have to remove the transmission.
Call the Kumlord, 586-914-2039
You take out the transmissioon, take out the clutch, put a new one in, and put the transmission back in.
how much cost to change a clutch for a geo prizm 1995
it has a cable. will not have a clutch reservoir
All 1995 GEO Trackers have a clutch cable that is adjustable instead of a clutch reservior filled with hydraulic fluid.
If you are referring to the little springs inside the clutch assembly itself, you don't fix them, you replace the clutch.See:How_do_you_replace_the_clutch_in_a_96_Geo_MetroIf you mean anything else in there with the clutch, see the above anyway, that'll get you inside.
The clutch reservoir on a 1996 Geo Tracker is located in the engine compartment, near the firewall. It stores clutch fluid which is pulled into the system as needed.
on the firewall under the clutch pedal, It is actually a switch
