To replace a window you would remove the door panel first (the plastic covering on the inside of the door). You remove about 5 screws from the door, then start at the bottom and pop the panel off by pulling out. On most cars you need to lower the window to a certain height to access the bolts that hold it in place. You then remove the bolts and tilt the window on its side to remove it. Install in the reverse order.

A 1995 Honda Civic will have a trim on top of the window that can be removed. Once removed, the window will have a spot to slide out of the door. Slide the old window out of the door and replace with the new glass.
