It Looks to me that you would have to remove the bumper first in order to get to the headlight........but I am not certain that would be the correct way
For a 1993 Accord. You need to remove the front bumper not as hard as it sounds. First remove the grill. Five screws and it pops out. If you're doing both sides, remove the battery and windshield washer tank. Remove the side marker lamps by unscrewing one screw for each lamp. Remove the turn directional lamps on the bottom of the bumper. Behind each lamp opening you will see two bolts that need to be removed. Directly above the directionals inside the engine compartment there is a threaded stud with a nut on each side, remove both nuts. After removing the four bolts and two nuts the bumper pull right off. Each headlight assembly has five screws holding it in, remove those and pull out the headlights. To install just reverse the process.

The headlight is an assembly. To replace the headlight, you remove the bulb from the back side. It is a halogen bulb, so do not touch with bare hards before installing.

This just isn't something that you want to do. Remove engine shroud, grill, bumper on the side that you're working on, inner fender fasteners - then you can get to the 4 bolts that hold the headlight assembly in. Did it yesterday - won't do it again. 5 hours :-(
take a baseball bat and smash the light with it.

With lots of newer cars, only the bulb is replaced as opposed to the whole headlight assembly. Check and see if you can twist off the bulb from the backside of the headlight. Or, just go to any auto parts store and give them your car's make and year. When they find the product, simply ask them how it is replaced.
The headlight relay switch on a 1987 Honda Accord looks like a small box. The switch is located underneath the engine compartment fuse box.
If you mean bulb, then - 1. Start on the battery (passenger) side of the car even if that light bulb is okay. It will teach you how to do the other side (driver
