From under the hood behind the headlight you can see where the bulb snaps in un snap it pull it out and there's your bulb, get the number off of it and replace , cost about $10 , I did this about two months ago...

∙ 16y agowell do you have the OEM lights on it? if you do you can change em. they'll run you about 70 bucks for a set of good lights. if i were you i would get after market with replacement bulbs. much cheeper if one burns out. good luck

∙ 16y agoMine is the 1993 Celica (Australian Edition). It is the one with pop-up headlights. To replace a headlight bulb, turn the car off, but leave the lights on (popped up). With a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the three screws that hold in the panel around the headlight. Remove the panel. Remove the four silver screws holding in the silver surround around the headlight itself. Be careful not to drop the screws. Slide the headlight forward and carefully wiggle off the electrical connector on the rear of the light. Remove the rubber surround. Remove the locking ring. Remove the light bulb. Mine is a Phillips H4 12342 12V 60/55W globe. I guess they are the same world wide, but I might be wrong. Replace light bulb taking care not to touch it with your finger. The oil in your fingers shortens the lifespan of the globe. Reassemble. Hope this helps. Paul Eddington, Australia.

∙ 14y agoyou need to unclip the front grill and unscrew the four screws on each head light and unplug and replace the sealed bulb.
