it does not have cable, it is vaccuum and acuator motor driven
You don't as it does not have a cable. You replace the speed sensor instead.

TPS usually means throttle position sensor, and it doesn't have a "cable".
Low coolant? Bad thermostat? Heater core plugged or airbound? Heat control cable not working?
There is no clutch cable in 93 Mercury Capri. Its operated by hydraulics. There is a clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder. the seal in it probably worn out. Not very hard to work with.
check the recalls there is something in there about the throttle positioning cable that was manufactured with a burr on the end of the cable... try that they will replace it for free.
