Loosen the serpentine belt tensioner (right beside the alternator) Remove the serpentine belt. Drain the radiator into container. Loosen the 2 screws that hold the fan shroud to the top of the radiator. Remove the four bolts around the fan shaft that hold the fan to the water pump pulley. Remove both the fan and the shroud at the same time CAREFULLY so you don't damage the radiator. After the fan is off remove the cover pulley from the water pump. Now the water pump should be exposed. Unhook all of the hoses from the water pump. Remove the bolts on the front of the pump. Keep track of the order they are installed (some of them are very long and some are short. Scrape off all of the old gasket material. Install new pump with new gasket and silicon rtv. Reinstall all other parts in reverse. Drink a beer.
