Disconnect the driveshaft from the rear differential by removing the retaining bolts. Then pull the driveshaft out of the transmission. Remove the retaining clips on the U joint caps. Use a U joint press to push one of the caps out. Then use the U joint cross to push the opposite cap out. Reverse the process to install the new joint.
