On that year you can just unhook the battery cable for about 10 mins. BUT if you don't FIX the problem that made it come on in the first place then it will just come back on again.
Just unhook the battery cables for 5 mins, That will reset the ECM
Electronic Control Unit or Computer.
FUBAR the ECM..$$$$$$$
the ecm on this van is on the passenger side behind the plastic kick plate
Take the inside of the glove box out and look in and down to the right and you will see it.
Emissions controls, fuel/air mixture, timing, and transmission.

I don't know of a "reset button" on a Chevy Celebrity. If you are trying to clear codes on the ECM (engine computer) there are two ways to do it. The easiest way is to pull out the ECM fuse on the fuse block. The other way to clear the ECM codes is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes. Either way have the ignition key in the off position to avoid possible damage to the ECM. Hope this helps.
unplug your ECM B fuse that should shut it off
check ecm fuse
Open your glove box and compress the sides or remove the screws at the bottom of it you will find the ECM behind it attached with a metal strap and a 10mm screw.
Disconnect the battry for one hour: then reconnect-That should do it.
