1. Turn key to "On" position. (Do not start engine.)
2. Slowly depress the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor 3 times within 10 seconds of turning the key.
3. Turn key back to "Off" position.
4. Start engine.
5. If the warning persists, repeat steps 1-4 until it goes away.
It took me 3 tries, but it DID go away. You will more than likely have to do this after every oil change (if you do the change yourself., if not, the dealer will reset it).
