Unless someone else knows any tricks, I think it would require a diagnostic scan tool, dealerships and garages have them. As well as plenty of auto parts stores like Pep Boys, Auto Zone, O' Riley, Napa, BAP, etc.
The Troopers do not have an oil reset light. Engine maintence light will need to be set by a diagnostic scan tool you should be able to rent from your local parts store like O'Reilys or Autozone.
