AnsOn erugh- the cabrio radio reset. The code is in your sound system manual (part of the larger manual). if you bought your car used, its likely the owner removed the card w/ the code. I've had my code memorized for years. I think you can take your car to VW to get the whole system reconfigured for a new security code if you can't find it. Sorry- and good luck.
