I had to do this when my car was not starting; the fuel pump was off because of my passlock system.

Look on craigs, select auto locksmith, services, find one that does security (chipped keys) and is mobile, make it clear pats is activated. For around 100.00 they can reset it in 5 minutes. The car won't go anywhere until it is.
