When using your email software you should find a button that says something allong the lines of "attach file" or "attach to". Press this button then you should be able to navigate to this folder in question and select the file. If the folder is a "zip" file, you will need to extract the files first.
You can send a folder through Gmail by making a zip file of it. You can compress it into a zip file. Then sending it as an attachment is easy.
Open C drive, open your windows folder, double click on repair folder, right click on file you need, select copy, send copy of file to destination folder. If you can not view files and folders in your windows folder, select "show contents of this folder". Hope that helps

You can save your HTML file from the browser as an Archived HTML file, but the best way to send a HTML file and its folders is to zip it.
Your camera should of came with a cord (USB) this will allow you to plug the cable into the computer via USB ports and it should load right up within a few seconds, just put them into a folder, or your desktop and from your e-mail options select 'send a file', then select the photo file.
