If you don't have the card that came with your Expy, and don't want to pay the Ford dealer, I found easy way to retrieve it. Using an electronic video scope. 1) Open the glove box. 2) squeeze side of glove box to let it fall away. 3) Using an electronic video scope, go up and back into the A pillar, where the VSM vehicle security module is mounted. Look for a 5 digit code. That will be the factory unlock code. You will know it when you see it, it is larger that normal print on the side of the VSM.

There is a box located under the dash on drivers side usually mounted on the fire wall. This is your keyless entry control center. The code is printed on a label attached to that box. Hope this helps.

Answer 2003 expedition keyless entry locon my Eddie Bauer edition, its behind the glove box. Pull in the tabs on the side of the glove box & let the glove box drop down. In behind all the wires on the right side is a black box with a sticker on it with 5 numbers on it.This is your keyless entry code. P.S. You'll need a flashlite. JH
