Timing is set by the computer constantly while it is running. There is no manual adjustments to be made. If you did try to adjust it, the computer would just compensate and put it back where it wanted it, and if you still further tryed to change it manually, the vehicle would eventually not be able to run.

There is no such thing as a V4 Honda Accord. The 2004 Inline 4 cylinder Honda Accord has a timing chain and it is not an item that you replace at a set interval. Normally it will last the life of the engine. The V6 has a Cam Belt that must be replaced every 110,000 miles.
