How do you stop a new heater fan from running in a 1992 Buick LeSabre Limited even when the key is not in the ignition?

there is a Control Module that Controls the heating & AC.Like on a 93 Buick if it goes bad the same thing will happen.Only other thing 2 do is unplug the Fan or pull the AC fuse or get another module.The fan will continue 2 run UNTILL the battery is dead.
If you pull the fuse it will stop the fan if the short is before the fuse. But it should realy go to a shop
Replace the relay. It should be attached to the evaporator case right above the blower motor.
