I have an 03 Civic coupe. It is very easy. Step 1) unscrew the scew on the handle of the car
Step 2) behind the door latch there should be 2 screws, unscrew that.
Step 3) take the control center out (the your power window/lock is located at)
Step 4) everything else is all cliped on to your door. That should do it!

To remove the door panel on a 2001 Honda Civic loosen all of the mounting screws. Pull the panel back gently to remove the rest of the clips without breaking them.

the fuel reset button is located to the right of the passengers feet. there is a small plastic panel on the pasenger side just to the front of the passenger door. if you remove that panel you will clearly see the fuel reset button. it is labeled as such. the fuel reset button is located to the right of the passengers feet. there is a small plastic panel on the pasenger side just to the front of the passenger door. if you remove that panel you will clearly see the fuel reset button. it is labeled as such.

It is on the side facing the pasenger door when you open the door
It is located with the rest of the fuses under the dash between the steering column, and the left kick panel. The fuse cover will be marked with fuse identification.
