You need the vehicle unlocked to open the fuel flap. The central locking also locks the fuel flap on this model.
drill it out 6mm drill to 13mm drill but do not go deeper than 13 mm.

Right, under the steering wheel to the right you should be able to find a lever that you can pull to 'pop' the bonnet.......DO NOT MISTAKE THIS FOR THE PETROL CAP RELEASE.....That is on the floor near to the bonnet lever! Then get out the car and walk in front of the car and feel under the bonnet just to right of the lion badge, you should eventually be able to feel a catch which you push upwards to release the bonnet. For someone with your knowledge it should take between 1-2 hours.......GOOD LUCK

on my 53 vectra you have to unlock all the cr doors ie press remote twice. petrol cap will then open
