Do a Google search using 'images'. There is a horseshoe shaped clip around the shaft that slips off. Then, pull one side of the rag towards the back of the crank. The rag will catch the clip and slip it off. if you pull the door handle or stick a flat head screwdriver behind you should see a metal clip use a little clip or what i used needle nose pliers to grab it once that is removed the handle should slide off If you get a piece of cloths hanger ___________________________________> and bend it like this to give you a sharp 180 degree turn and stick between the window crank handle and the plastic piece behind it, turn the hangers > part in toward the handle and pull out, if you get ahold of the clip it will pull out then you can get the crank handle off. I pulled them off with a screwdriver and wasn't careful.......... they broke off :( I hope the junk yard around here has more cranks I can get off some bones! :) - be very very careful when your pulling the cranks off or you will have this happen!

as i have done alot of interior auto body my advice would be to remove all handles and any screws on the door panel itself. there's a little trick to most manual window cranks use a pair of blunt scissors or thin needlenose pliers to remove the springclip on the back of the crank or the crank will simply be mounted from the front with a screw. With the door open carefully start pulling the panel out at the bottom door post side corner of the door. most door panels are held in place by plastic plugs that you can purchase for about 0.25$ a piece try not to damage the plugs change your speaker , remount the panel and handles good luck =o)
