Just under the belt routing diagram, there is an 8mm bolt. Take it off. You're done.
Open the hood. With your left hand, reach out and down a little. It's right above the water pump pulley. If it were a Bear, it would bite you. :p
This is a link to the serpentine belt routing diagram that worked for my '04 Pontiac Vibe. As far as I know, this is the routing for all Pontiac vibe base and GT models. http://forums.genvibe.com/zerofile/1436belt.jpg
Should be a placard under the hood somewhere with a diagram of the belt routing. If it is missing then look in your owners manual.
You can get diagrams at www.autozone.com; look for the emissions diagrams for your engine make and year.
with air or with out? There should be a white label on your core support or hood underside to show you with air

The 1995 Cadillac serpentine belt routing diagram can be obtained from most Cadillac dealerships. Most service manuals will show the routing diagram.
Need a serpentine belt routing diagram for a 2002 Toyota rav4.
There should be a sticker on the underside of your hood that shows the routing i'm pretty sure that the diagram should be located on the car. under the hood, on the radiator cover (black plastic cover at the front undere the car between headlights) if not, then i think you're missing a sticker... also check your manual. Auto Zone can print a diagram.
My '96 has a sticker on the underside of the hood that shows the belt routing. Otherwise, you can pick up a Chilton or Haynes manual that will show it. Another option might be to go to a nearby Pontiac dealership's service department and ask if they could Xerox a diagram for you. Whoa, here we go! I found this by poking around on GOOGLE. http://www.automotivehelper.com/topic309192.htm
