YOU MUST REMOVE ALL DOOR TRIM INSIDE. THE TRACK IS MOST LIKELY RIVETED IN, SO YOU MUST DRILL RIVETS OUT AND DISASMBLE TRACK BEING VERY CAREFUL.AFTER EVERTHING IS LOOSENED THE YOU CAN REMOVE MOTOR AND GEAR.

The 1995 Cadillac Eldorado drivers side door panel is held in place by eight retaining clips. Pry outward on each retaining clip. The door panel will come off. Remove the linkage from the power window motor. Remove the wiring harness from the power window motor. Remove the retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new power window motor.
Remove the window regulator and motor from the door as an assembly. Drill out rivets that hold motor to regulator and replace motor. Regulator needs to be riveted back into door for reassembly
