Open the trunk and, if equipped, remove the carpet that rolls up the back trunk wall. Locate several plastic nuts spread all the way across the rear pan. Remove them all (about 10 of them) and the entire rear panel will come off. tail lights bolt in from behind. Replace panel in reverse order.

For the front speakers you need to take off the dash pad and the rear speakers you need to take off the rear speaker panels.

well first you need to put the rear end on some jack stands then take off the shocks then the break lines e break lines and the 4 bolts on the arms some times thay can be a real bugger to get out then jack up the rear end take out the jack stands and lower the rear end its out
in the trunk there should be plastic cover clip ons that u can take out, take those plastic cover out, and u should see the nuts that r holding the taillights on, unscrew those nuts and u can take out the tail lights
Remove the wheel and tap the drums at back with a 'deadblow' hammer, rotating the drum as you do this. The brake shoes tend to hold drums on.

The answer is simple. It's all in the trim. The Caprice for that year was basic. Nothing, if anything, powered. Mostly manual windows, bench seat, manual to move seats, just a plain car.
