The only way to tell is someone is bisexual is to ask them. Because most men have issues with their masculinity, it's really important to make sure you ask him in private and don't corner him. Start off with something like, "Have you ever thought about being with another man?" If he gets defensive it's normal. Unless his bisexuality is a real problem for you, then why do you want to know? The closer you become to him, the more likely he is to open up to you.

If you are a guy (as I stated) and you like girls, but you find yourself thinking this guy is hot and you want to be with him, then being with him may indicate that you are bi-curious, if you are with him and you enjoy it, then you are probably already bisexual. Nothing makes you gay, straight or bisexual, it's just who you are.
