You can't. It's physically impossible. You have to do abdominal training for at least a few weeks, probably 4 or more. A month is more realistic. This is also assuming that you don't have any belly fat. Working your abdominals does not reduce belly fat in that area, making you have abs underneath your fat.
you probably need a brake job. the abs sensor will pick up metal flakes from brake wear. it is magnetic. this will cause the abs to actuate during normal braking. Rust building up under where the ABS speed sensor is mounted can cause an ABS wheel speed sensor to pull away from the tone ring changing the air gap. This condition will give you those symptoms.
