Hey Josh==The connection should be on or near the a/c muffler-dryer. Unless you have gauges you don't know if it needs freon or how much. If you get too much in it can lock up the compressor or at least cause it to not cool correctly. GoodluckJoe I'd take it to someone. You need a manifold to do this right, and they're too expensive to buy if you don't work on a lot of auto A/C systems.

I drove a 2005 Honda accord and it topped out at 130mph because of the governor. i bet its the same for the 2004 Honda accord lx.
It is just Honda's designation for their top of the line model.
