A good way is to start working out. You have to be pretty fit to do Parkour since it involves a lot of physical work. Its like urban gymnastics.
You shouldn't try to do it yourself either since you can get seriously hurt. You should search for places around you that teach Parkour which can easily be done with Google or something. Parkour is more common in Europe but is still taught in the United States, but in major cities.
You can practice parkour anywhere.
Take in less calories than you burn, to lose weight, and you train for parkour by just doing it.
yes of course. rock climbing trains almost everything u will need 2 b good at 4 parkour. it is 1 of the best ways to train 4 parkour, i think.
You do not "play" parkour; it is not like a team sport. Parkour is the freedom of movement through any and all objects (of course whatever obstacles you can overcome with your physical body); you can playfully practice and train parkour; but you do not "play" it.
Sure, but you should really train properly before executing dangerous moves in dangerous enviornments. Check out some of my contributions for information on how to properly train for parkour. Message me if you have any more parkour questions. Live it. Love it. Jump it.
Parkour is about using the environment around you to your advantage; so you can train anywhere, regardless of where you are located.
Anywhere and everywhere. There is no specified place to train in parkour; your environment and surroundings are your training-ground.

International Parkour Day is an annual event celebrated on the first Sunday of April. It is a day dedicated to promoting and raising awareness about the sport of parkour. Practitioners from all over the world organize gatherings, workshops, training sessions, and other parkour-related activities to showcase the discipline and connect with fellow practitioners.
Its good for both.. I free run train and do parkour and i have to say it feels pretty comfortable and gets me moving around faster when i wear it
You continue to train with free running (or parkour), your body will adjust to it and progress in it.
I did parkour yesterday. I am doing parkour today. I will be doing parkour later on today.
