It depends on how sick you hamster is. The first thing to do would be to get him to a vet ASAP.
However there are things you can do at home. Make sure he is clean, warm and left alone. Stress can make everything worse. Check on him occasionally to see how he is doing. Make sure he has clean water, close to his bed so he doesn't have to move. If he is ill, avoid giving fresh fruit or veg as this can upset his tummy and give him diarrhoea. But seek expert advice.
Bring it to the vet. If you decide to treat it yourself you may do more harm then good
no your hamster can get sick
If it's clean and not rotten or fairly old, no not at all it's actually very healthy for them and recommended as a treat.
Any hamster is easy to hold but is depends on how you treat it but if you want to hold a hamster you need to check its water and food and of course the hamster SO ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TREAT YOUR HAMSTER WITH RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the hampster is in fact sick, then yes
your hamster might be dying or it is sick
No but they will drown if put in water that they have to swim in. If you want them to get wet they have to be in extremely shallow water. And it can't be cold or they will get sick and it can't be hot or they will be burned.
When a hamster gets stressed, many factors have already attributed to this since it has already happened. A lot of the time, a hamster will get sick when stressed. If you have a mother hamster who is stressed, then she might eat her babies.
No.
Your hamster is probably sick, take it to a vet.
No you can't feed straw to a hamster or else it will get sick!
There are a couple of ways. First take the top off then either pick it up and put it in or try with a treat by showing the hamster the treat to the hamster then putting the treat in the hamster ball. After awhile our hamster loved her ball so much all we had to do was open and put the ball near her and she would climb in on her on.
