Replace turn signal flasher
RUN A WIRE FROM THE BATTERY GROUND TO THE NEGATIVE SIDE OF THE TURN SIGNAL. IN MOST CASES THE GROUND IN THE FRONT OF THE CAR GOES BAD AND THE 2 SIGNALS IN THE GRILLE GOES OUT FIRST.
I have an 1995 Taurus with 3.0 L engine with an erratic temp gage. I found a cure by cleaning the connection where the wire plugs into the sensor on the engine & putting dielectric grease on it.

Try checking the power steering fluid. My taurus did the same thing until i filled the power steering fluid.

have you tryed all the fuses then check if the bulbs are good

Is the bulb blown?
The emergency flashers are "ON". The two wires that feed the lights are shorted together. Check the front turn signals also for both being "ON"
