Is door ajar light on also?
Has your gauge lighting dimmer switch ( to the right of your headlight switch ) been turned all the way down ( or to one side ? ) Depending on the year of Ford Explorer that can keep your interior lights from coming on when you open a door
location # 27 - 10 amp fuse - red color
locate the fuse to the interior lights and remove it. On our 98 Explorer you turn the dash light adjustment switch off, next to the headlight switch.
You don't say what year of Ford Explorer but on some years you can rotate the guage panel dimmer switch until none of the interior lights will come on if any doors or the liftgate is opened
According to the EPA, the interior volume of the 2014 Ford Explorer is 172.7 cu.ft.
07 reg ford transit interior lights fuse number please
which fuse controls the lift gate or interior lights on a 2003 ford expedition
On a 2002 Ford Explorer 4 door, in location #17 of the fuse panel under the driver's side of the dash, there is a 15 amp fuse for Delayed ACC. COIL, battery saver, interior lamps ( front + rear ), and the glove compartment lamp.
Where is the fuse located that controls the inside dash lights on a 1993 Ford Explorer
I'm not a mechanic / technician but on a 1997 Ford Explorer I believe that if the gauge panel dimmer switch ( to the right of your headlight switch ) is rotated all the way up it will turn on all the interior courtesy lights when the doors are closed Also , is the " DOOR AJAR " warning light on in your dash to the left of the fuel gauge , if so either a door or the liftgate is slightly ajar or a door ajar switch is sticking , I believe that will also keep the interior lights on
Yes any tail lights/head lights, pretty much everything but doors will fit on both ford explorer sports and 4dr explorers between the years 1998 and 2001
