You just bought a Cadillac Catera 1997 and the remote starter face is broken so you can not turn off the alarm.can anyone help with this?
Put your door key in the driver's side and turn it like your going to unlock the car. This should turn your alarm off.

I believe you need to turn a rotor or both rotors. They probably were not turned on your brake job It is cheaper to just replace the rotor than to have it turned, I have found this is a typical problem on the Catera
