Well I'm not sure about the lights, but if you want the horn honking gone, pop the hood, look down to your right, and look for a round black plastic piece with an opening in it that looks kind of like a snail's shell. Disconnect the wire clip that leads into it and the horn is gone. Your regular horn in the steering wheel will still work too.
