Some say that the dealers the only way some usually find it cheaper to just take the thing out n put some knock in it......I think Chevrolet is laim for not even setting the daggone thing up free of charge like Volvo and some of the other GOOD car companies......chevy you act like you dont even like america the way you guys buit these radios like no one ever sells the car to nobody..but im like you i need the answer and i think the dealer visit is just too much for something thats dam small as that ....let alone you can never fix a caddy....never so dont even buy one..how bout the escalades iz garbage....so um not gonna go even close to a CTS......yea at least general motors could have made tha dam radio usable after your battery dies in weather conditionc...../Connecticut, bridgeport...JKAZILLIAN/ FACEBOOK
