best bet is to just tap the top of it with a screwdriver and hammer with the engine running, dont hit it to heavy thought :)
The fuel injectors on a 2003 VW Tdi are replaced by disconnecting the wiring harness, fuel supply, and removing the retaining bolts. They can then be pulled from the fuel rail and replaced.
i believe Golf Tdi S is the sports model and Golf Tdi se is sedan model.
PD = Pump Duese = type of fuel injector used on the TDI engine.
tdi = diesel tsi = petrol
right this is what you do you sell your gt tdi and buy a r32:)
To the left of the engine bay, behind the screen washer bottle. It has a few black fuel pipes going to it.
Tdi uses an injector pump. Each injector has its own fuel pipe coming from the pump. Timing on the pump is very importand. Crd or common rail has just the rail where the injectors connect to. The pressure in the rail is constant. The ecu controls the injection amount. On tdi the pressure on each pipe opens the injectors. Crd's are more used because they are cost effective.
i have a 2002 vw golf tdi, i found a oil that i use that is approved by vw, its a castrol syntec 5w-40
Yes , I had a 2000 Golf TDI for seven years and loved it. I regret selling it every day. Great on fuel. Drove like a sports car. Very comfortable on trips. Low cost on maintenance. I highly recommend buying one if you have the chance
the golf gti is volkswagens performance/hot hatch car while the golf tdi is a turbodiesel and is generally slower unless highly modified
