How do you use a ballpoint pen to save a persons life if they have severe peanut allergies and have an allergic reaction?

Ive heard of emptying the ink replacement shaft and using the air flow through the pen as a tool for performing a tracheotomy. An incision has to be made to enter the trachea and place the pen shaft through the front of the throat into the trachea to allow air to enter; Not advised if you don't know what your doing.
