Well just like anybody, best way is to go on a low carb diet. NO Starches,breads or sugars, drink lots of water and NO POP OR SODA!!! increase protein with steak chicken and fish. More vegatables aswell, they have carbs too but good carbs, stay away from potatos but sweet potatos/yams are good carbs. If I were you I would consult a dietician for proper diet programs, excercise never hurt anyone either.
