It could break, rust through, or get cut by an impact.
Replace the brake line, bleed the brake. top up with brake fluid. Done.
To refill the brake fluid for a 1992 Acura, you need to remove the cap on the brake fluid reservoir. Add fluid until the dipstick measures full, or the line on the reservoir that says 'full' is touched by the brake fluid.

Open the hood, by the fire wall in the back on the drivers side is the Brake fluid reservoir, unscrew the cap and fill it with the appropriate DOT brake fluid to the line.
If you have anything other than brake fluid in the line, then the whole system has to be flushed. Use fresh brake fluid and you can blow the system with air pressure then bleed with the d.o.t. specified fluid for your model.
One at each Wheel just below where the Brake fluid line attaches. One or two at the Brake fluid reservoir.
You can cutoff the rear brake line. You will no longer have rear brakes and the fluid will leak out. It is not recommended that can't off the rear brake line, without replacing it.

If there is no fluid coming from the brake line, there are two possibilities: 1. there is no damage in the brake line, merely air in the brake line. 2. The brake fluid may already be completely depleted. To find out, get some water with a bunch of dish soap in it, but try not to make a lot of suds. Pour the water over the whole brake line and watch the line while someone pumps the brake pedal. If bubbles form, then there's the hole. No bubbles? Air in the line or perhaps damage in the master or slave cylinder.
