National cultures differ. The way people do business, the way they do things and the things that are value may vary across countries. Just as in some countries, rice is a staple food, in others; potato or wheat or another grain may be a staple. This alone gives different view of what food is.

The influential factors to any kind of an organization is the environment or structure of the organization; the culture of the organization as well as the nature of work undertaken in the organization.
There does not have to be a difference between a tall organization structure and a flat organization structure. These structures can be the same structure.
