Domestic violence can seriously affect a child's feelings and views. I was abused for four entire years by my aunty. She called me names, punched, kicked and choked me, pulled my hair and also once threw me down the stairs. I ran away from there however and am now living elsewhere but I honestly thought I was gonna die if I stayed there and many times I almost did. If you or someone you know is in danger of others please contact help because it's a crime and shouldn't go unpunished. You could save a life and the reward is knowing you've become another's hero.
