Higher levels of salinity produce brine shrimp that are smaller, but reach sexual maturity faster than those in lower levels. Also lower levels of salinity tend to allow more predators into the ecosystem.
They aren't fish. They are brine shrimp. (shrimp = invertebrates)
Saline Water.
Flamingos help clarify the waters they live in by filter feeding on brine shrimp and blue-green algae
The purpose of a biosphere is to support life, so probably, yes.
the seahorses' niche is to eat the brine shrimp, phytoplankton and zooplankton in it's habitat (hiding in seaweed) in the sunlight zone.
pH and salinity
because they like the light and it helps hatch the eggs.

Brine shrimp like light, most of their food is available in high levels of light. On the other hand, Artemia brine shrimp are preyed upon by a host of larger animal species, and they might be more susceptible to predation in high light levels.
to make a hypothesis must include if the and then the ex. if the salinity of the water increases then the more brine shrimp will hatch
Brine Shrimp are crustaceans.

it kills the brine shrimp (sea monkeys) it kills the brine shrimp (sea monkeys)
Brine shrimp thrive in shallow, brackish water.
Brine shrimp can tolerate varying levels of salinity. For hatching brine shrimp most people incubate the eggs for 24~48 hours in a saltwater solution and then separate the brine shrimp or sea monkeys from the unhatched eggs and shells. People use a 2-litre wide-mouthed glass jar filled with tap water. They often add 10 to 20 grams (2 to 4 level measured teaspoons) of cooking salt and a pinch (¼ level teaspoon) of Sodium bicarbonate.
Brine shrimp hatch in a certain amount of salt in there water. If you are trying to make brine shrimp (sea-monkeys) you need to add half a tbl spoon full of salt to purified water. You can not use tap water they can die. The life span of sea monkeys (brine shrimp) is only 6 to 8 months long. Brine shrimp can survive without food for days even months. Adult brine shrimp can also, survive without water. I am entering the science fare for the fourth grade science fair. My project is on brine shrimp. So far i found out brine shrimp hatches the best in fresh water that has half a tbl spoon full of salt. That is how brine shrimp hatch. BY:Natalie Burnau 4th grade
