On the back of the dtum you will find a hole thru which you ca access a "star" wheel. Turn it to slacken off the shoes and the drum will come off easily.

Do the following to remove the brake drum on 1995 Isuzu Pickup. - Remove wheel from the brake drum- Remove the Philips screw that holds the brake drum to the axle plate. The brake drum is now free to be removed but is usually stuck to the lug bolts.- spray penetrating oil on the lug nuts (be sure to put card board below wheel to catch the oil that will run off.- Use a plastic hammer and hammer the drum off the axle plate. - An alternate way is to place a 2 x 4 across the top of the lug nuts and use two c-clamps to pry the drum off the lug nuts.
On the rear wheeels. some have a special drum inside the rotor and some use the caliper.
pull the wheels off and on the studs there is two loskrings that hold the drum on during assembily.remove these and the drum should slide off. if not go to the back of the drum and at the lower part of the backing plate you will see a rubber gromet. pull it out and use a brake spoon to adjust the shoes enough to slide the drum off.
Remove the drums and take them to an auto parts store that has a brake drum lathe.
(1) Warped brake rotor (2) an out of round brake drum (3) a warped or damaged brake shoe.
You will have to get a brake spoon and from the backside of the drum pull out the rubber plugs and look inside and you will see a gear wheel, the wheel needs to be turned downward to back the brake shoes off from the drum and then the drum should come off.
