If by "disconnected" you mean unbolted, and if by "fix" you mean re-bolting, then it's not hard. It should consist of an endlink, which is typically just a bolt that connects the end of the sway bar to the lower control arm. Endlink bushings should sit on either side of the sway bar and on either side of the lower control arm. If you look at the way the sway bar is connected on the driver's side, it should be easy to figure out.
All I've been able to find is the description, "engine compartment, passenger side firewall", but it's not there on my (Canadian edition?) 92 Accord. Still looking.

that generation accord should use 6.5 speakers in the front and rear but sometimes the back have been known to have 6x9 but that is usually found in the 93 i believe the anniversay edition

The diagnostic connector in a 1994 Honda Accord Ex is located under the dash on the passenger side of the car. If it has not been accessed before it will have a green sleeve over it. If you do not see a green sleeve, look for a brown two wire plug.
You must insert the code that came withe the car when it was new. Can't find the code then go to Honda's web site and sign up for the owner's section. There you can get the code for free.
on the back of the block where the belt housing bolts on and also on the front in front of the passenger side head there is a ledge that has a number there unless the block has been decked
