On 4 cylinder it takes about 20-30 minutes. For V-6 it might take couple hours.
the three are in the front and the other three are under neath the silver thing and u have to take it out its a hard job worth $200.00

The vsv is located under the intake manifold, directly over the motor mount. It is pretty hard to get to, but can be changed with the car jacked up off the ground.
Check the stirring fluid level, stirring pump and cv-joints.
Hard to tell... It's possible that you have problems with ECU or it's just wiring problem. You need to pull out error codes for both and start from there.
